Ive eaten here multiple times and had no issues but the last 2 orders have been awful. I ordered a chicken fillet burger- no mention of cheese and received a burger with cheese. As someone who cant eat cheese its disappointing as it had melted over the chicken so ended up going in the bin. The doner meat was cold in one meal and warm in the other the only thing that was nice was the fries and they were actually hot. Disappointing really especially as prices have risen but quality seems to have dropped.

Really feel bad for writing this. Ordered a 15 inch garlic cheese pizza , got given a 10inch. Delivery driver spoke little English and was trying to explain this. He told me we would get another one but, didn’t happen. Did try calling store, but no answer . Normally have no issues but, tonight was our worst delivery

Absolutely awful! Waste of money wasn’t even edible! I would avoid at all cost. I’m surprised this place is still open. The customer service is absolutely shocking. The prices are through the rough but the quality of food is just all around shocking. Food was cold, looked extremely questionable, ignored when I asked for certain salad just chucked it all on, no sauce even when chose a sauce, the doner meat was grey and looked as if it had been sat out all day! Absolutely grim!

Order over an hour later, when the driver finally arrived it took 20 mins to find the house. The food was then freezing cold so we can’t even eat it. Called and asked for refund but doubt that will happen.

Always really good. Freshly cooked kebabs with a decent salad. I think they have their own chilli sauce too
